Your next client googles you tonight.
What they find in the next 8 seconds decides everything. We design and hand-code websites that turn searches into signed contracts — for businesses that live or die by what Google shows next. Then our ethical hackers try to break them, before anyone else does.
// fixed quotes · 50% to schedule, 50% on delivery · reply within 4 working hoursWhy the first eight seconds decide
That is all you get.
Eight seconds after your page loads, the decision is made. We engineer every pixel so the decision goes your way.
→ Goal: instant trustJudge credibility by design.
Three out of four people judge a company's credibility by its website alone — before reviews, before referrals, before a single word with you.
→ Goal: look like the safest choiceOf attacks hit small business.
Nearly half of all cyberattacks target small businesses — automated bots scan for template sites around the clock. Hand-coded, audited sites simply give them nothing to grab.

Three jobs.
Done properly.
Rank.
Built for Google from the first line of code — semantic HTML, structured data, sub-2-second loads. You get found by people already searching for what you sell.
Convert.
Every section is engineered to move a visitor toward one action: contacting you. Clear offer, visible proof, zero friction. Traffic becomes revenue.
Last.
Hand-coded, security-tested by Hack The Box Pro Labs practitioners, and maintained after launch. No plugin rot. No surprise breaches. An asset, not a liability.

Fixed price, live preview from day three, zero chasing. It felt less like hiring an agency and more like hiring a special unit.
They found two critical holes our previous agency swore did not exist. The report paid for itself before we finished reading it.

Asked before
you ask.
How fixed is a fixed quote?
Fully fixed. The calculator gives an estimate; before any work begins you receive a written quote that locks scope, price and timeline, valid for 14 days. If you change the scope mid-project, the difference is quoted in advance — never invoiced without your approval.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every package includes a support window (30–90 days depending on tier) during which bugs are fixed free. After that, individual edits are quoted per task, or covered by a monthly care plan you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you use WordPress?
No. Every site is hand-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No themes, no plugin rot, no page-builder bloat — which is also why our sites load in under two seconds and present a far smaller attack surface.
How do payments work?
50% to schedule your build slot, 50% on delivery. Direct bank transfer (SEPA) is standard; cash on delivery is possible and fully declared with a VAT invoice and receipt. Prices are in EUR, VAT 23% where applicable. We do not take card payments.
Why is there no phone number?
Email plus scheduled video calls — everything in writing, nothing lost. No misheard requirements, no "but you said on the phone". A senior engineer replies within 4 working hours.
What happens if you disappear?
If we cannot complete your project for reasons on our side, you receive a 100% refund of everything paid, including the deposit. On full payment you own the final design and content, with source code licensed to you perpetually. Bureau Null is a registered Irish business — full legal details, CRO and VAT numbers on every quote and invoice.
Isn't it expensive?
Compare it with the cost of one stolen client. If a serious enquiry is worth €1,000 to you and your current site quietly loses two a month to a competitor whose site loads faster and looks safer, the "expensive" site pays for itself in a quarter. And the quote is fixed — the number you approve is the number on the invoice.
My cousin can build it — why you?
They probably can build something that looks like a website. What they will not hand you is semantic HTML Google can rank, a 90+ speed score, and a security test by people who break websites for a living. Cheap sites are the most expensive kind — you pay for them twice.
What if I don't like the design?
You approve the design before we build it. Wireframe, then visual design, then build — each stage signed off by you, with structured revision rounds in writing. You never see a finished surprise; you see a series of decisions you made.
Why is the team anonymous?
You hire outcomes and one accountable name: Robert Jurkevich, CEO, signs every quote and invoice. The specialists stay off the marketing page because clients hire results, not headshots. References available on request.
Every site we ship
has survived us. Has yours?
Find out before someone less friendly does. One fixed-price audit — and you know exactly where you stand, what to fix first, and what it costs.

One exploit.
Five minutes.
Once a month we take apart one real website and one real attack — in plain English, with the numbers attached. Read by owners who like knowing what their website is actually doing.
Subscribers get the full teardown archive and, occasionally, a subscriber-only offer. One email a month — worth the five minutes.
