Bureau Null is an atelier of [REDACTED] senior specialists — the exact headcount stays off the record, on purpose. We hire rarely, we hire for the long term, and everyone here is senior enough that the person who interviews you is the person you'll ship with. Every role is EU-remote, ±2h of CET. And everything is paid — including the work-sample. If a hiring process asks you to work for free, it isn't ours.
A hiring process is a work sample in itself — ours included. Four steps, one week of decision time, and nobody is ever asked to work for free.
When a role is open, you send a CV and a short form. No cover-letter essay, no personality quiz — evidence over adjectives.
Your portfolio, ranks and code are read by the person you'd actually work with — not screened by an HR filter that has never shipped anything.
A paid test task, one to two days maximum, drawn from a sandbox — never from live client work, never shipped to production. Your time has a price; we pay it.
An answer within a week. Everyone who completed a work-sample gets detailed, honest feedback — whether the answer is yes or no.
// no whiteboard theatre · no Salesforce interrogations · no unpaid spec work · salary band published with every role
Every role the Bureau has ever opened — all closed, all filled by people whose names stay off the record. Open any of them for the full brief: what the mission was, what we looked for, and exactly what the paid work-sample involved. This is what the next opening will look like.
